In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Grandville Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Sparta Spartans.
Next up, the Bulldogs face the NorthPointe Christian Mustangs (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Grandville will attempt to advance on its 9-10 season record.
The Spartans (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Allendale (Allendale, MI). The Falcons go into the River Cities Alliance game with a 12-3 record. In their last game, Allendale gained a win over Ludington (Ludington, MI), 2-0, in a non-league game.
