Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) and the visiting Hiawatha Red Hawks (Hiawatha, KS), observed Nemaha Central's volleyball squad achieve victory over Hiawatha by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Nemaha Central improves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Thunder host Hiawatha (Hiawatha, KS) to encounter the Red Hawks in a Big East test on Saturday, September 13. The Red Hawks go into the test with a record of 2-7. Hiawatha lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS)

The Red Hawks now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nemaha Central for a Big East test on Saturday, September 13. Hiawatha will meet a Thunder team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Holton (Holton, KS). The Thunder record now stands at 6-4.
