Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks (Mound City, KS), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, KS). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Oskaloosa lost by Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy (Atchison, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Jayhawks play the Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Jayhawk Linn will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy (Atchison, KS).
