The Chargers (10-0) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS). The Cyclones enter the Northeast Kansas League contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] notched a victory over Troy (Troy, KS), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) in a Flint Hills battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Lyndon will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 14-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cedar Vale/Dexter (Cedar Vale, KS).
