The Kingsley-Pierson Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union Royals to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lawton-Bronson for a Western Valley outing on Tuesday, September 16. Kingsley-Pierson will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to West Monona (Onawa, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.

The Royals (6-6) will now prepare for their game against George-Little Rock (George, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, George-Little Rock gained a win over Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
