Kansas High School Volleyball - Labette County edged by Parsons

Parsons Vikings (Parsons, KS) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Labette County Grizzlies (Altamont, KS), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Burlington (Burlington, KS). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Burlington got by Santa Fe Trail (Carbondale, KS), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Paola Panthers (Paola, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Labette County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Wellsville (Wellsville, KS).
