Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Malad Dragons (Malad, ID) and the host Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID), observed Malad's volleyball team top Nampa Christian by a count of 2-0.

The Dragons (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID). The Archers enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, The Ambrose School achieved victory over Marsing (Marsing, ID), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Trojans now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hagerman for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. Nampa Christian will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Oakley (Oakley, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 4-0.
