In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Natchitoches Central Chiefs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Marksville Tigers.
The Chiefs (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Acadiana (Lafayette, LA). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Acadiana beat North Vermilion (Maurice, LA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Breaux Bridge Tigers (Breaux Bridge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Marksville will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, LA).
