In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host St. Francis Sharks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies.

The Sharks (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against More (San Jose, CA). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, More went down by Pinewood (Los Altos Hills, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Grizzlies now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marina for a Pacific Coast - Cypress test on Tuesday, September 16. Pajaro Valley will face a Mariners squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 1-2.
