Nebraska High School Volleyball - Perkins County over Sutherland

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE) and the host Sutherland Sailors (Sutherland, NE), saw Perkins County's volleyball squad notch a victory over Sutherland by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Perkins County improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Plainsmen travel to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE) to encounter the Buffaloes in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Buffaloes go into the battle with a record of 4-3. Elm Creek lost 3-2 in their recent league battle against Alma (Alma, NE)

The Sailors now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pleasanton for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 13. Sutherland will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Central Valley (Greeley, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
