Next, the Whalers face the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 16. New Bedford will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Boxers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA).
