Whitesboro Bulldogs (Whitesboro, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-0 record.
With the loss, Pocola falls to 23-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Colcord (Colcord, OK) to battle the Hornets in a 2A challenge on Monday, September 20. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
