The St. John's Cadets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Bishop Ireton Cardinals to 0 in the Cadets league victory on Wednesday.

The Cadets now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alexandria City for a non-league game on Friday, September 16. St. John's will meet a Titans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Titans record now stands at 2-1.

The Cardinals (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Mustangs enter the game with a 0-1 record.
