In Wednesday's league battle, the host Village Christian Crusaders volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Valley Christian Defenders.
The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Warriors come into the battle with a 1-2 record.
