In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 7-1 win over the South Lenoir Blue Devils.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, White Oak nipped East Carteret (Beaufort, NC), 9-1, in a non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Ayden - Grifton (Ayden, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Ayden - Grifton was overwhelmed by Farmville Central (Farmville, NC), 1-0, in a league battle.
