The Antioch Panthers topped the visiting Ygnacio Valley Wolves volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a Bay Valley test on Thursday, September 15. Antioch will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over Freedom (Oakley, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-6.

The Wolves (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Diablo-Valley test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Alhambra was knocked off by Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
