North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Stokes routed by Cornerstone Charter

The South Stokes Sauras volleyball team (Walnut Cove, NC), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC)

The Cardinals (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Western Guilford defeated Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sauras encounter the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a Northwest 1A challenge, on Thursday, September 15. South Stokes will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 3-2 league loss to East Wilkes (Ronda, NC).
