The Gananda Central Blue Panthers (Walworth, NY) volleyball overcame the host Sodus Spartans (Sodus, NY), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.
With the win, Gananda Central upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Blue Panthers host Avon (Avon, NY) to face the Braves in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 15. The Braves go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Avon lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Caledonia-Mumford (Caledonia, NY)
The Spartans now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Rose-Wolcott for a Section 5 Wayne County outing on Friday, September 16. Sodus will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lyons (Lyons, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
