Georgia High School Volleyball - Islands tips Glynn Academy

September 14, 2022: Savannah, GA 31410

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) and the visiting Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA), saw Islands's volleyball squad nip Glynn Academy by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Islands advances its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 4A Area 3 battle on Thursday, September 15. The Yellowjackets come into the battle with a record of 11-4. Southeast Bulloch won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Long County (Ludowici, GA)

Next, the Terrors clash with the Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 14. Glynn Academy will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Seahawks come into the battle with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Colleton County (Walterboro, SC).
