The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY) and the host McQuaid Jesuit Knights (Rochester, NY), saw Fairport's volleyball squad beat McQuaid Jesuit by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Fairport upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Red Raiders travel to Penfield (Penfield, NY) to play the Patriots in a bout on Monday, September 18. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Knights now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host World of Inquiry for a non-league bout on Friday, September 15. McQuaid Jesuit will play a Griffins squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Griffins record now stands at 0-1.
