Mississippi High School Soccer - Bayou Academy knocks off Starkville Academy

Bayou Academy Colts (Cleveland, MS) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Starkville Academy Volunteers (Starkville, MS), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Colts confront the Washington Generals (Greenville, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Bayou Academy will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-2 non-league Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS).
The Volunteers now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage Academy for a MAIS Division II East challenge on Thursday, September 21.
