The Georgetown Bulldogs thwarted the host Johnsonville Flashes football team by a count of 22-8 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Georgetown upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC) to encounter the Bears in a bout on Thursday, October 12. The Bears enter the bout with a record of 2-0.
The Flashes (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Latta (Latta, SC). The Vikings enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Latta was toppled by Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC), 20-8, in a non-league bout.
