The James Wood Colonels topped the visiting Liberty Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Colonels now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Handley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19.
The Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Fauquier was knocked off by Warren County (Front Royal, VA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
