In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Rensselaer Central Bombers soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the Benton Central Bison.
The Bombers (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hebron (Hebron, IN). The Hawks go into the non-league battle with a 2-7 record.
The Bison (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN). The Mounties go into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Southmont was nudged by Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN), 4-1, in a league battle.
