The New Ulm Eagles soccer team scored 4 points and limited the visiting Waseca Bluejays to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Eagles face the Mound-Westonka White Hawks (Mound, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 16. New Ulm will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The White Hawks enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN).
The Bluejays now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Peter for a Class A Section 2 contest on Monday, September 18. Waseca will face a Saints team coming off a 3-2 league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Saints record now stands at 1-4.
