The Wildcats now sport a 5-3 record. They play next when they host T.W. Andrews for a Mid-State 2A test on Monday, September 18. West Stokes will meet a Red Raiders squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Morehead (Eden, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, North Surry drops to 4-4 on the season. The Greyhounds host West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC) to meet the Blackhawks in a Foothills 2A test on Monday, September 18. The Blackhawks come into the test with a record of 1-6. West Wilkes won 3-1 in their recent league test against North Wilkes (Hays, NC)
