In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Preston Pirates softball team scored a nice 9-0 win over the Wilburton Diggers.
Coming up next, the Pirates encounter the Porter Pirates (Porter, OK) in a Class A outing, on Friday, September 15. Preston will attempt to improve on its 21-4 season record. The Pirates enter the outing with a 9-21 record after their 16-1 non-league loss to Warner (Warner, OK).
The Diggers (12-12) will now prepare for their outing against Quinton (Quinton, OK). The Savages enter the non-league outing with a 6-13 record.
