The Pueblo West Cyclones softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Pueblo Central Wildcats to 2 in the Cyclones league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Pueblo West improves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Cyclones travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league game on Friday, September 15. The Rangers come into the game with a record of 8-7. Lewis-Palmer lost 15-0 in their recent league game against Lutheran (Parker, CO)

Next up, the Wildcats meet the Pueblo South Colts (Pueblo, CO) in a 4A South Central battle, on Tuesday, September 19. Pueblo Central will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The Colts go into the battle with a 5-11 record after their 15-1 league loss to Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO).
