The Albany Comets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Black Hawk Warriors to 1 in the Comets league victory on Thursday.

The Comets now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a Six Rivers - Eastern game on Tuesday, September 19. Albany will confront a Ponies team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI). The Ponies record now stands at 4-8.

The Warriors (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Barneveld (Barneveld, WI). The Eagles enter the Six Rivers - Eastern game with a 16-5 record. In their last game, Barneveld gained a win over Mount Horeb (Mount Horeb, WI), 2-1, in a non-league game.
