California High School Volleyball - Analy over Piner

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Analy Tigers (Sebastopol, CA) and the visiting Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA), saw Analy's volleyball squad beat Piner by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Analy upgrades its record to 9-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA) to play the Cardinals in a North Bay - Oak bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 17-1. Cardinal Newman won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ukiah (Ukiah, CA)

The Prospectors now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Healdsburg for a North Bay - Redwood bout on Tuesday, September 19. Piner will play a Greyhounds squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to San Rafael (San Rafael, CA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 3-9.
