The Royals (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA). The Mustangs come into the Monticello Empire League battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Rodriguez was beaten by Vanden (Fairfield, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

With the loss, Fairfield drops to 4-9 on the campaign. The Falcons host Vacaville (Vacaville, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a Monticello Empire League contest on Tuesday, September 19. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 8-8. Vacaville won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Wood (Vacaville, CA)
