The Berry Wildcats volleyball team (Berry, AL), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL)
The Stallions (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar County (Vernon, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 16-6 record. In their last challenge, Lamar County defeated Haleyville (Haleyville, AL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Holy Spirit Catholic Saints (Tuscaloosa, AL) in a 1A Area 9 challenge, on Monday, September 18. Berry will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Pickens County (Reform, AL).
