The Bishop Amat Lancers volleyball team (La Puente, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Saint Joseph Jesters (Lakewood, CA)
The Jesters (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Bellflower was dropped by Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Lancers meet the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Bishop Amat will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
