Ohio High School Volleyball - Frontier over Bridgeport

The Frontier Cougars (New Matamoras, OH) volleyball overcame the host Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, OH), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Frontier betters its record to 7-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Monte Alto (Monte Alto, TX) to face the Blue Devil in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 16. The Blue Devil go into the outing with a record of 3-5. Monte Alto lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against IDEA Frontier College Prep (Brownsville, TX)

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Catholic Central for a Ohio Valley 2A outing on Saturday, September 16. Bridgeport will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Southern (Salineville, OH). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-3.
