The Pickford Panthers held off the visiting Brimley Bays volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedarville for a Eastern Upper Peninsula test on Thursday, October 5.
The Bays (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Sault Area (Sault St. Marie, MI). The Blue Devils enter the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Sault Area held off Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI), 3-2, in a league test.
