In Thursday's league contest, the Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Luray Bulldogs (Luray, VA), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Falcons face the Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) in a Bull Run contest, on Tuesday, September 19. Central Woodstock will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record.

With the loss, Luray moves to 6-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host East Rockingham (Elkton, VA) to face the Eagles in a non-league contest on Monday, September 18. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 7-5. East Rockingham lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA)
