The Bears go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Bland County won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Galax (Galax, VA)

The Rockets now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Cross for a non-league bout on Monday, September 18. Craig County will play a Raiders squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-4.
