Utah High School Volleyball - Layton edged by Fremont

The Fremont Silverwolves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Layton Lancers to 2 in the Silverwolves league victory on Thursday.

The Silverwolves now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davis for a 6A Region 1 game on Tuesday, September 19. Fremont will meet a Darts team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Weber (Pleasant View, UT). The Darts record now stands at 4-7.

The Lancers (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Syracuse (Syracuse, UT). The Titans enter the 6A Region 1 game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Syracuse held off Farmington (Farmington, UT), 3-0, in a league game.
