In Thursday's non-league battle, the host George-Little Rock Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Trinity Christian Tigers.

The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Westwood (Sloan, IA). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Westwood lost by Ridge View (Holstein, IA), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. Trinity Christian will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to Siouxland Christian (Sioux City, IA).
