The Lancaster Golden Gales (Lancaster, OH) volleyball overcame the host Groveport-Madison Cruisers (Groveport, OH), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Lancaster upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Golden Gales host Granville (Granville, OH) to face the Blue Aces in a non-league outing on Monday, September 18. The Blue Aces go into the outing with a record of 7-4. Granville won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Zanesville (Zanesville, OH)

The Cruisers now hold a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pickerington Central for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye battle on Tuesday, September 19. Groveport-Madison will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 9-3.
