In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting San Rafael Bulldogs volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Healdsburg Greyhounds.

The Bulldogs (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks come into the Marin County battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, Tamalpais nudged Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Greyhounds clash with the Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA) in a North Bay - Redwood battle, on Tuesday, September 19. Healdsburg will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Prospectors come into the battle with a 5-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Analy (Sebastopol, CA).
