The Triad Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Highland Bulldogs to 1 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tolono Unity for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Triad will meet a Rockets team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 6-8.
The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their game against MacArthur (Decatur, IL). The Generals enter the non-league game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, MacArthur was nudged by Decatur Eisenhower (Decatur, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
