Tennessee High School Volleyball - Hillsboro Lawson

The Lawson Lightning topped the visiting Hillsboro Burros volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Lightning now have a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Overton for a AAA District 10 contest on Tuesday, September 19.

With the loss, Hillsboro moves to 10-4 on the year. The Burros travel to Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet (Nashville, TN) to battle the Royals in a non-league contest on Monday, September 18. The Royals go into the contest with a record of 7-9. Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN)
