The Lucy Beckham Bengals topped the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Bengals now have a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Island for a AAAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, September 19. Lucy Beckham will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 14-8.

The Seahawks (6-9) will now prepare for their test against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks enter the AAAA Region 7 test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, May River gained a win over Colleton County (Walterboro, SC), 3-0, in a league test.
