The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) and the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), saw Pickens's volleyball squad beat Johnson by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Pickens upgrades its record to 17-15 on the year. The Dragons host Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 13-13. Fannin County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Murphy (Murphy, NC)

The Knights now own a 0-20 record. They play next when they travel to Fannin County for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. Johnson will play a Rebels squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Murphy (Murphy, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 13-13.
