The La Quinta Aztecs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Loara Saxons to 1 in the Aztecs league victory on Thursday.

The Aztecs now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santiago for a Garden Grove game on Tuesday, September 19. La Quinta will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-5.

The Saxons (7-6) will now prepare for their game against Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, Wiseburn- Da Vinci dropped by West (Torrance, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
