In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Larue County Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the North Hardin Trojans.
The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Campbellsville lost by Marion County (Lebanon, KY), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Trojans clash with the June Buchanan Crusaders (Pippa Passes, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. North Hardin will attempt to advance on its 8-20 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Buckhorn (Buckhorn, KY).
