The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY). The Firebirds enter the Catholic challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Kellenberg Memorial nipped St. Mary's (Manhasset, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the St. Mary's Gaels (Manhasset, NY) in a Catholic challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Our Lady of Mercy Academy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Gaels enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY).
