The Pine Eagle Spartans volleyball team (Halfway, OR), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR)

The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Nyssa went down by Vale (Vale, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Cove Leopards (Cove, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Pine Eagle will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
