In Thursday's league battle, the visiting St. Helens Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Seaside Seagulls.

The Lions (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Scappoose (Scappoose, OR). The Indians come into the 4A Cowapa match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Scappoose was beaten by Astoria (Astoria, OR), 3-0, in a league match.

With the loss, Seaside drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Seagulls host Scappoose (Scappoose, OR) to battle the Indians in a 4A Cowapa match on Thursday, September 21. The Indians come into the match with a record of 3-3.
